BEIJING, Feb. 29 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese mainland reported four new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Friday outside Hubei Province, epicenter of the outbreak, according to the National Health Commission.
The commission said Saturday it received reports of 427 new confirmed cases on Friday from 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, including 423 from Hubei. ■
